They refuse to pay claims, all they do is keep asking for medical records. My pet had surgery on Jan 24th for a torn ACL and they refuse to pay even though they already confirmed I would be entitled to $1300 under the terms of my policy.

They are looking for any excuse not to pay my claim. Customer service is useless all they give you is the run around. Look at the reviews on Consumer Affairs website, all negative and the same story, refuse to pay, pay minimal amounts, or keep asking for records.

Save your money this place is a scam. I've filed complaints with the BBB, the Department of Insurance.

I didn't like: Constant truly absurd excuses for denying claim.
